In memory of our little Conley Turner Jr.

On mothers day of 2022, we threw a big "mothers day pool party" for our family. A horrible tragedy struck and our son, Conley Jr., went to heaven that day. In a matter of minutes, we lost our little boy. There was no sound, nobody noticed, and still to this day we do not know how it happened. He was only 4. After months and months of the worst time of our lives, our little Luke was born. Our sorrow was almost replaced with the love of our new baby.  We focused on what we could do to prevent this from happening to Luke and other children. Our family realized how quickly joy could turn into tragedy — and how many families didn't have a layer of protection between their little ones and the water. In that moment, Pool Guardian was born — from love.

We met many other parents who share our tragic story, and we were completely surprised to find out that it is the literal leading cause of death in children under 5. Louisiana is the leading state.

Today, Pool Guardian is more than a company. It’s a mission. It’s every hug from a thankful parent, every child safe in their backyard, every grandparent who sleeps better at night knowing their grandbabies are protected.
